Our Lady of Walsingham, as the Cathedral Parish of the Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter, celebrates the Holy Mass in the Ordinariate Form of the Roman Rite according to Divine Worship: The Missal, which was approved and promulgated for use in Ordinariate communities by the Holy See in 2015.
The celebration of liturgy, both the Mass and the Divine Office, here at Our Lady of Walsingham features Anglican traditions of worship while conforming to Catholic doctrinal, sacramental and liturgical standards.
Our founding document, Anglicanorum coetibus, calls on us to "maintain the liturgical, spiritual and pastoral traditions of the Anglican Communion within the Catholic Church, as a precious gift nourishing the faith of the members of the Ordinariate and as a treasure to be shared." We are humbled and grateful to be able to share our distinctive liturgical patrimony as we worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
